Here is what to expect when you sign up for one of our maintenance packages:
We partner with local Home Inspection companies to perform a thorough initial inspection of your home. We will dissect this report with you and explain everything in detail. If there are any items that need immediate attention (ie safety concerns, immediate repairs for leaks from plumbing or roofing, structural concerns, etc), we will provide a low cost quote for remedying this items. Once your home is safe and up to date, we will begin your home maintenance program. We have standard plans that cover all necessary maintenance items and inspections, but we will tailor this specifically to your home's systems. We have partnered with a trusted Home Warranty company as well to cover your home's systems in the event of failure causing the need for replacement. So our maintenance package not only extends the life of your systems but with the added coverage of a home warranty, we ensure the affordable replacement of your systems as well!

When you are in our maintenance program (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), you will see the same Home Pro on every visit who will be familiar with your home. Our Home Pro's are highly trained and experienced and will ensure the highest quality of care for your home. You will be provided with a digital copy of our maintenance checklists after every visit. You can find a checklist of the items that we cover during our quarterly visits under our Checklist tab.

In addition to our home maintenance plans, we are partnered with the best trades in the business. Whether you need lawn maintenance, pest control, mosquito control, pool cleaners, pressure washing, etc... we schedule and bill everything through Kep'd in order to save you time, money, and stress. All you have to do is go call us or go to our services page to add these services to your account!
We will soon have a mobile app as well for easier scheduling and tracking.
We also offer 24/7 emergency repair services in the event of a plumbing leak or electrical safety issue.

Our members will also receive special pricing for handyman services - $100/hr for 2 of our Pro's! We can assist with anything from moving furniture around your home, putting together furniture, light bulbs, installing fixtures, painting, minor plumbing and electrical items, etc.
