You will receive a text with a photo and description of your technician prior to their arrival. In addition, once you sign up with Kep'd, you will be assigned a tech who will be the same person to do your services every quarter. We like for our techs to build a relationship with our clients so they can be more comfortable with Kep'd maintaining your home.
